1. Send the patient away and suggest follow up in one year ..... ? How about the old "clinical correlation suggested " ?

3. get up off your chair and go and check what she felt .....?
The answer is 3 as you well know. Some cancers do not want to show up on imaging but you may still feel them. If you palpate the lesion and it does not show itself on imaging, put a needle in it. Always. Do not assume the primary health carer will do the same. Put a needle in it or put your foot in it.
