Rounded radio-opacity lies superior to the right L4 transverse process in the line of the ureter in keeping with a renal stone.

A 4 mm calculus is lodged in the mid right ureter at L4 level causing minimal proximal dilatation and moderate perinephric stranding. No other renal tract calculus.
