Supracondylar spur

Discussion:

There is no evidence of trauma.

On the anterior surface of the distal humerus is a spur of bone oriented along the long axis of the humerus, pointing towards the joint.

Appearances here are of a supracondylar spur. The differential in this case is for an exostosis, but these tend to point away from the joint and appearances and site are typical for a supracondylar spur.
