CT
There is aneurysmal dilatation of the right bronchial artery just inferior to the carina. More distally, there is another smaller segment of aneurysmal dilatation.
The left superior bronchial artery arising from the medial aortic arch is also prominent without focal aneurysmal dilatation. The pulmonary arteries are unremarkable and there is no pulmonary embolism identified. No pulmonary arteriovenous malformation.
