CT - CT brain was normal. CT angiogram performed to investigate possible dissection.
Luminal irregularity with slight overall dilatation of distal internal carotid arteries. On the right, there is associated localised intimal dissection (arrow) with pseudodiverticulum formation, best seen on the sagittal reconstruction.
No contrast material seen in the right vertebral artery, also concerning for dissection in a more proximal portion.
