Regarding congenital pseudoarthrosis of the clavicle which is more common, unilateral or bilateral?
Unilateral is more common than bilateral which represents only 10% of cases .
Non union between medial and lateral thirds of right clavicle. No callus formation, and both ends of two fragments appear rounded.
