Bilateral traumatic subarachnoid haemorrhage, predominantly at the vertex but extending to the central sulci and pooling in the interpedencular fossa. Multiple small right temporal contusions. Right cerebellar hemisphere contusion. Corpus callosum and left internal capsule petechial haemorrhages. Features in keeping with DAI. Mild thickening of the falx cerebri, representing a likely small subdural haematoma.
Right scalp thickening and haematoma with soft tissue defect frontally and multiple hyperdense foreign bodies. Right periorbital haematoma.
No hydrocephalus or pneumocephalus. No skull fracture. Partial opacification of the paranasal sinuses.
