Pericallosal lipoma

Discussion:

Pericallosal lipomas (PCLps) are classified into anterior and posterior groups indicating their location in relation to the corpus callosum. The Anterior PCLps are tubulonodular, more than 10 mm and may be associated with other congenital intracranial anomalies. Posterior PCLps are long, thin, and less than 10 mm and are usually seen around the splenium.
