Multiple small size subependymal nodules on the lateral ventricular walls bilaterally that display hyperintense signal on T1, hypointense signal on T2 and FLAIR with no significant diffusion restriction or post contrast enhancement.
Multiple cortical and subcortical areas of altered signal intensity displaying bright signal on T2/FLAIR denoting cortical/subcortical tubers.
T2* sequence revealed foci of calcification (blooming) seen within the subependymal nodules as well as one of the cortical tubers at the left frontal region.
