Bone metastasis - tibia

Discussion:

Squamous cell carcinoma of the lungs can, frequently, give bone metastasis, mostly osteolythic.

Distal appendicular skeletal metastases, especially distal to the knee and elbow joints, are uncommon.

In this case, the metastasis is located in the third od tibial diaphysis

Biopsy of the lesion proved: "metastasis from squamocellular carcinoma of the lung".
