What should be the next step?
Targeted ultrasound of the left breast to look for the lesion around 2 o'clock. It is important to screen the breast for any synchronous lesion missed on mammography, as well as check for suspicious axillary lymph nodes.
Moderate fibroglandular tissue. Right breast scarring. No suspicious lesion, calcification or stromal distortion.
