Posterior shoulder dislocation with reverse Hill-Sachs and reverse Bankart lesions

Discussion:

Posterior shoulder dislocation demonstrated on initial plain films (trough line sign and loss of normal half moon overlap sign) .

Post reduction plain films and CT reveal bony compression defect in the anteromedial humeral head (reverse Hill-Sachs lesion) and small chip fracture of the posterior glenoid (reverse Bankart lesion) which are common injuries associated with posterior shoulder dislocation.
