Abberant right subclavian artery (ARSA) is the most common aortic arch anomaly and aneurysmal dilatation of proximal portion of aberrant right subclavian artery is common and referred to as Kommerell diverticulum which appears as bulbous enlargement of proximal subclavian artery at its origin from aortic arch, posterior to esophagus.
