What are the two main, related findings?
Pineal region mass and obstructive hydrocephalus.
Can you see evidence of intracranial blood?
A small amount can be seen pooling in the right occipital horn.
The patient has had surgery to treat hydrocephalus. What do you think was performed, given you cannot see a shunt catheter or tube?
