CT
There is mild left hydronephrosis and hydroureter. Mild left perinephric and periureteric fat stranding. There is a 3 mm calculus sitting at the left vesicoureteric junction. Despite the stone appearing to be largely within the bladder lumen, since the patient is scanned prone, the antidependent position of the stone implies it is not yet fully clear of the VUJ. The right renal tract is normal. Diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver. Uncomplicated colonic diverticulosis.
