A colovesical fistula is the presence of a communication between the lumen of the colon and that of the bladder, either directly or via an intervening abscess cavity. 

This patient had similar case some months ago as a diverticulitis complication and was submitted to a right upper colostomy to treat it. This case represents a recidive of this fistula.

She was also submitted to a left nephrectomy some years ago due other reasons.
