Discussion:

Case of a cytotoxic lesion of the corpus callosum (CLOCCs). It occurs with a large number of different etiologies and presents with a wide variety of clinical settings. It is only appreciable on MRI images where it commonly appears as a well-circumscribed small oval lesion within the substance of the splenium of the corpus callosum.
