MRI
Pelvic images demonstrate a large mass involving the cervical stump, with the following characteristics:
- Interruption of the T2 hypointense stromal ring
- Invasion of the right posterior UB wall
- Right pelvic sidewall invasion manifested by right hydronephrosis
- Involvement of the whole vaginal canal
- Enlarged right deep pelvic lymph node with cystic degeneration.
Images of the upper abdomen lower chest show multiple hepatic and pulmonary deposits.
