A left sided adnexal cystic mass lesion noted averaging 6.2 x 4.3 cm showing predominantly both T1 and T2 hyperintense signal with suppression in the fat-saturation sequence (denoting fat content) as well as a small soft tissue intensity. These features are in favour of an ovarian dermoid cyst.
