Evidence of a two symmetrically sized uterine cavities separated by a hypointense septum which ending markedly proximal to the endocervical canal, (just involving the upper part of the cavity) with smooth flat external fundal  contour, no fundal cleft and normal uterine zonal anatomy is preserved the findings are consistent with partial septate uterus (subseptate)(class V müllerian duct anomaly).
