Complete thrombosis of the left transverse and sigmoid sinuses as well as the ipsilateral jugular bulb. The intraluminal clots appear of high signal on T1WI, T2WI, and FLAIR, indicating the subacute phase. No associated parenchymal venous infarction was seen.
A focal lesion around the left superior frontal sulcus seen as cortical thickening, isointense to the cortical grey matter on T1WI and T2WI and slightly hyperintense on FLAIR with no enhancement on post-contrast sequences, highly suggestive of focal cortical dysplasia (most likely Blumcke type II).
