Hyperparathyroidism; renal failure; nephrogenic systemic fibrosis; basal cell naevus syndromes.
Diffuse calcification of the spinal dura mater from thoracic to lumbar spine. Note that there is no suggestion of calcification of cauda equina or nerve roots. Ligamentum flavum is not involved.
