What is the commonest site of prostatic cancer metastasis?
Bone is by far the commonest site of metastasis of prostatic cancer.
Focal contour bulge is seen at the left posterolateral aspect of the peripheral zone eliciting low T2 signal intensity crossing the mid line associated with loss of definition of the overlying capsule and extension to the peri-prostatic fat. The abnormal signal is also extending to the seminal vesicles.
