There is positive ulnar variance with T2 hyperintensity within the ulnar aspect of the lunate bone, minor cortical irregularity and small subchondral cyst formation. Small subchondral cyst also seen within the triquetral. Degenerative signal distal ulnar and proximal lunate articular cartilage. Large central perforation of the TFCC. Two small ganglion cysts arise from the volar aspect of the foveal attachment of the TFCC. Small amount of fluid within the distal radioulnar joint.
