Peripancreatic fluid and fat stranding tracking inferiorly to the pelvis. Pancreas is swollen. Filling defect in the distal superior mesenteric vein extending into the main and left portal veins. Splenic vein is completely thrombosed.
Hepatic steatosis. Bilateral simple appearing renal cysts.
