What is the most common location of spinal arachnoid cyst?
Thoracic spine and mostly dorsal in location.
Two intraspinal extramedullary intradural lesions are seen abutting the posterior aspect of the dorsal cord and displacing it anteriorly. They follow CSF signal (low signal on T1, high signal on T2 with no post contrast enhancement) on all sequences.
