Bilateral avascular necrosis characterised by subchondral serpiginous signal, worse on the right. There is partial collapse of the right femoral head with secondary osteoarthritis, joint effusion and full-thickness tear of the acetabular labrum. On the left established avascular necrosis without collapse nor established osteoarthritis.
