This case presents an infiltrative process involving the gallbladder and liver, suspicious for gallbladder carcinoma extending to the liver. A hepatic neoplasm extending to the gallbladder is in the differential; however, significantly less likely.

Liver biopsy was performed and the histopathology report confirmed biliary adenocarcinoma.
