Gallbladder fundus cholelithiasis

Discussion:

A classic x-ray showing multiple cholelithiases at the fundus of the gallbladder. This was an incidental finding as this patient was being investigated for renal calculi and spinal pathology with accompanying ultrasound.

The ultrasound was of the renal tract only which showed bilateral simple renal cysts and did not include the upper abdomen/gallbladder. The lumbar spine x-ray was normal.
