Diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis: multiple innumerable small leiomyomas whcil blend together replacing most of the uterine parenchyma and causing diffuse uterine enlargement. 

All reported cases necessitate hysterectomy as hormonal treatments have not proved helpful.
