Recent patient case referred to us with a three years history of infertility.
Hysterosalpingography showed septate vs bicornate uterus: it is difficult to differentiate between septate and bicornuate anomalies since the uterine fundal contour is not visible on HSG. This differentiation is critical because bicornuate uterus does not pose fertility-related issues.
This case was further revealed to represent a bicornuate uterus.
