Yes the joint is normally aligned, with the articular surface of the humeral head and the anterior glenoid rim appearing congruent. The humerus is also no longer internally rotated and no longer has a lightbulb appearance.
Post reduction film demonstrate the anterior rim of the glenoid and humeral articular surfaces appearing congruent.
