What is the main finding here?
The endobronchial tube is inserted too far, and is going down the right main bronchus.
What has this done to the chest?
There is subsequent left sided collapse, with volume loss and loss of the left hemidiaphragm.
ETT tip projects over the right main bronchus. There is corresponding loss of the left hemidiaphragm, with volume loss and mediastinal shift to the left.
The lungs are otherwise clear.
