Presentation
Planned for brachytherapy for cervical carcinoma. However, initial insertion attempt of the applicator (tandem and ovoid) by the radiation oncology team was unsuccessful likely due to difficult anatomy. Case was referred for ultrasound guided insertion of brachytherapy applicator under spinal anesthesia.
