Cuff of enhancing tissue surrounding the abdominal aorta indicative of fibrosis. No aneurysmal dilatation of the aorta. Both ureters are laterally displaced especially on the right post ureterolysis (note the surgical clips). Neither kidney is hydronephrotic.
