Erosions at the vertebral body corners in spondyloarthropathy are known as what?
Romanus lesions
Sclerosis of the vertebral body corners that occurs as a response to the inflammatory erosions is known as what?
Shiny corners
What finding usually follows shiny corners in patients with ankylosing spondylitis?
Marginal syndesmophytes
Non-infections inflammatory changes at the pubic symphysis, with or without adjacent sclerosis, is know as what?
Osteitis pubis.
The SI joints are fused. Erosive changes with surrounding sclerosis is observed at the pubic symphysis and anterior vertebral body corners scattered throughout the lumbar and visualized lower thoracic spine, most prominent at the anterosuperior corners of L5 and T12. No marginal syndesmophytes are present. Mild degenerative hypertrophy and sclerosis of the facets is appreciated bilaterally throughout the lower lumbar spine, with no evidence of fusion. Incidentally noted is a Schmorl node at the superior endplate of L4.
