Giant Phyllodes tumor

Discussion:

Giant left breast mass and considering the patient age and rapid growth rate, a phyllodes tumor is more likely.

Core biopsy was done showing biphasic fibroepithelial tumor showing proliferating spindle cells within collagenized occasionally loose stroma entangling bland epithelial component in the form of patent and focally compressed ducts. Picture impressive of a phyllodes tumor.
