Typical presentation of a Toddler fracture that was nearly invisible on the initial standard trauma X-ray studies. This undisplaced spiral fracture of the distal tibia becomes more visible after 1 or 2 weeks, after the formation of callus and demarcation of the fracture line has taken place.
