The anterior inferior glenoid labrum is detached accompanied with a large bony fragment. associated consequent small defect of the posterolateral humeral head at the level of the coracoid. No abnormal bone marrow edema. Normal appearance (size and signal) of the supraspinatus tendon in T2 WI. Localized high signal seen in T1WI and PD images is attributed to magic angle effect (MRI artifact).
