Frontal
There is a communited fracture of the distal third of the clavicle. The proximal fractured fragment is displaced superiorly, with mild skin tenting. The distal fractured fragment is displaced inferiorly
There is pseudo-widening of the acromioclavicular joint space. However the coracoclavicular and sternoclavicular joint space alignment is maintained.
The inferior border of acromion is not in the same line as the inferior border of distal clavicle, this is suspicious for acromioclavicular joint disruption.
No associated other bone fractures.
Adjacent soft tissue thickening is seen.
