What is the most likely diagnosis?
Multifocal musculoskeletal tuberculosis or osteitis tuberculosa multiplex cystoides or Jungling’s disease
What are the differential diagnoses of these bony lesions?
Disseminated pyogenic osteomyelitis, eosinophilic granuloma, small round cell tumors
Known case of AIDS, presented with wrist swelling and fever for 7 months
