Histology
MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: The biopsy shows reactive woven bone infiltrated by carcinoma comprising sheets, nests and trabeculae and of moderately pleomorphic epithelial cells within fibrotic stroma.
DIAGNOSIS: Right femur biopsy: Metastatic carcinoma.
