Football player, 17 year-old male, with lateral neck trauma, had severe neck pain, but no airway obstruction, only difficulty swallowing, and dysphonia. All of these symptoms confirmed to be from a right greater cornu fracture.

Patient was stable and no surgery was needed, only conservative treatment.
