What is the differential diagnosis?
This is a case of cyanotic congenital heart disease with increased pulmonary blood flow on chest radiograph. Differential diagnosis includes: Transposition of the great arteries, Truncus arteriosus, Total anomalous pulmonary venous return, Large AVSD, Single ventricle without pulmonary stenosis.
Mild cardiomegaly with upturned cardiac apex. Increased pulmonary blood flow with pulmonary venous congestion and diffuse prominence of the pulmonary interstitium. Trace right pleural effusion.
Loss of the anterior clear space in keeping with right heart enlargement.
