Enlarged conoid tubercle of the clavicle is seen to articulate with the tubercle on the dorsomedial surface of the coracoid process: bilateral coracoclavicular joints, a normal variant.
The heart is positioned inversely with right sided aortic arch and gastric shadow, suggestive of dextrocardia with situs inversus.
