Left femoral neck sessile exophytic bony lesion just proximal to the lesser trochanter projecting postero-medially away from the hip joint.
The lesion is in continuity with the parent bone having a narrow transition zone and thin cartilage cap.
No significant post-contrast enhancement.
Mild interstitial edema involving the adjacent left obturator externus and quadratus femoris muscles.
