Polypoidal irregular mural thickening of the left lateral and posterior wall of the urinary bladder which coalesce to form large fungating mass arising from left lateral wall are seen and extends through the wall to invade the perivesical fat. It infiltrates also the lower ureteric orifices resulting in bilateral hydronephrosis. Few bilateral internal iliac lymph nodes are noted. Prostatic hypertrophy and Foley catheter are also seen.
Diagnosis: Squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder on top of bilharziasis (histopathology proved)
