Altered signal intensity lesion along the medial aspect of upper arm in the subcutaneous and intermuscular planes. The lesion is seen to be in close proximity to median nerve. It is causing mild splaying of the biceps muscle anteriorly and long head of triceps muscle posteriorly with no evidence of infiltration. It is mildly displacing the brachial artery laterally and compressing the brachial and basilic veins posteriorly.
