Features of subcoracoid impingement with narrowing of the coracohumeral distance (6mm), subcoracoid bursitis and severe tendinopathy of the subscapularis with partial tear of its superior fibres and subluxation of a moderately tendinopathic long head of biceps tendon.
Thickening and oedema of the capsule in the axillary recess and near the rotator interval in keeping with capsulitis. There is a small joint effusion and synovitis.
Mild to moderate wear of the humeral cartilage and degenerative changes of the labrum.
Moderate acromioclavicular degenerative change and inferior osteophytes indenting the musculotendinous junction of the supraspinatus.
Moderate subacromial bursal thickening.
Intrasubstance tear of the insertion of supraspinatus as well as moderate supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendinopathy with delamination of the infraspinatus tendon at the musculotendinous junction.
