Persistent shoulder pain over a year after a motor vehicle accident. Partial anterior inferior chondrolabral separation on MR arthrography suspicious for a Perthes lesion (especially on axial PDW SPAIR sequence).
The differential is a sublabral recess, an anatomic variant.
